Decided to treat myself and buy this for my 27th birthday. For someone who can't live without music, this is the best thing I've spent my money on. I like how its tailored to the actual REAL fans. Everything from the design and songs it comes with, truly amazing.

I normally don't like to buy stuff online for numerous reasons, but I absolutely had to get my hands on this as soon as I saw it.. While I am a bit older, 30 (F) this brings me back to my younger days in college. Being able to carry memories and have it right on your fridge is priceless! Will definetly buy again as a gift

No. It runs fully offline. You load MP3 files once from your laptop to the player โ after that, no internet, no app, no subscription.
The player ships ready for your music. The 9 discs are designed around Trilogy-era songs โ load your own copies of those tracks (or any songs you love) over USB-C in a few minutes.
Plug the player into your laptop with the USB-C cable, open the folder for that disc, delete the old MP3 and drag in a new one. Takes about 30 seconds.
MP3 only. Other formats (WAV, FLAC, M4A) won't be recognized. You can convert audio files you own to MP3 with free tools like CloudConvert.
You get 9 numbered chips. Stick one on the back of each disc โ the number matches the folder on the player where that disc's MP3 lives. Position on the disc doesn't matter.
Yes, both. When you plug it in, it shows up as an external drive with 9 folders. No drivers or software needed.
You can rewrite any disc anytime, so you're never stuck with the same 9. Add the 9 Extra Discs set in your bundle for a second collection.
Up to 8 hours of playback on a full charge. Charges via USB-C in about 2 hours.
